Today's training was exciting as participants were interested in retirement savings for their retirement plans. I have scheduled dates with participants on when will their date be for Retirement plans and pension fund module.

Today's training excellent full session and participant were attending for the 2nd time since our previous Money Fo Sho Program. The PPE with added questions make participants to focus more on Budgeting and requested that I train them on In Depth Budgeting. Based on the amount of income they're receiving they also request that we have a session for affordable investment and saving program focusing on CWP EMPLOYEEES.

Training CWP Kutloanong, People were excited after training. They requested more training that will match their needs especially when it comes to Businesses and ways of boosting their income. This group already formed a Cooperative focusing on Agriculture and Furnisher.

This was a very unique session for me. Firstly the entire leadership team of the organisation was monitoring the session. The fishermen and women were eager to participate and shared their insights. It was exciting and the excitement died down when it came to will and insurances because most of them do not have assets and they do not earn a stable income. We spoke at length about booting your income, just to share ideas on what to do to have a secondary income and not to rely on the fishing season.

The training session with the fishermen and woman was very interesting. Their stories were unique to any group i trained before and it was challenging to keep their interest with the issues with regard to life policies and wills even though they re extremely vulnerable. Because of their unstable income source, they found it difficult to realize that they should make provision

The 1 day training is a very informative. However having done it several times there are some issues of concern 1. 6 hours is too long for the community training. Some of the participants have not been to school for a very long time and they get tired. 2. The training content is for 6 hours which does not cater for administration. Administration for this training can take 2 hours depending on the level of literacy for the participants. Before the training you have to do the pre-assessment. After the training the facilitator has to check the register and make amendments, write certificates and manage post-evaluation forms. 3. The payment of the training is not equivalent to the amount of wok that is done. The rate is less than the work and time. After the training you have to courier or deliver the originals. To increase the pay for a day without changing the rate maybe 50 people maybe allowed for 1 training. 4. There are too many activities- to reduce the time maybe some activities need to be cut. 5. Pictures-as it is requirement to have participants' pictures, there should be a consent form so that people are protected and we take pictures of those willing to take part. To provide training does not give us powers to decide whether people should be on these pictures. To show respect for humanity they must give consent.
