The money module was ok but slight challenge is the handouts which were on the charts, grouping learners around covid 19 pandemic so learners suggested individual copies and we reduced to A4 page for handouts. We had wonderful and informative training.

On Friday the 6th of November, I had the best Audience in Mdantsane at NU2 Section. The participants were very proactive, intrested on knowledge and appreciative of the training brought to them. There was also my best participant an old man by the name of Mzwandile. He asked relavant questions right through the session and was also sharing his own experiences with regards to the content. He was so determined that Monday he is taking his wife to the bank and his policy companies to fix all those things that were a problem all along. He emphasized how they could appreciate us coming back so we can see how different they are handling their financial issues. The attendees at large thanked avocado vision for bringing light to them.

Training Tour Guides in Port St Johns (OR Tambo District Municipality) was special because I was training people who will go out and use this training immediately in their businesses. The group was interactive in that they wanted to know more on Savings, Banking and credit. There was an epiphany when they seemed to think that Business finances were more important than taking care of personal finances, so I created a scenario where one is negligent on their personal finances which affects the business finances and functionality of the business.

One of the most impactful sessions that I have been involved with has been the training of Tour Guides for OR Tambo District Municipality, mainly because I feel that this training will help them the most as they will be starting their new businesses as Tour Guides, therefore the training came at the right time so that they can start making good decisions from the onset. Both Group (Port St Johns and Coffee Bay) were quite interactive and asking questions that were more related on their business finances than personal finances, but once we highlighted the important of taking care of your personal finance so that you can manage your business well and how this can have an effect of your business. They were also quite interactive with the Banking Module, understanding their banking needs prior to opening a bank account.
