On the 03/05/2021 - 12/05/2021 I conducted a training at Nchodu village with the EPWP programme participants who have been temporarily employed for the first time , in all their lives they've lived depending on livestock as source of income , they've never been trained on finances but this training has added value on how to manage their personal finances . They've been spending without tracking , no budgeting and have never recognized farming as a business for them ,after the training they've identified business opportunities in their area . It's been a pleasure to me to have a priviledge to train them , I've met some of them in town , sharing with me the difference made by this training to them , I've also attended one of their livestock auctions it was fulfilling to see them engaging in negotiating the fair price with the buyers, taking control of their finances .
