COR-1371.The session went well.Attendance was average though. The feeling amongst participants was that the content will come in handy in their lives. One notable remark from one attendant need quoting."We meet in town oftenly and you don't tell me you teach such good things."

My first Avo training week was an incredible journey. The trainer was approachable, caring, supportive and overall amazing. The training was informative, I thought I was one of the most informed consumer as I have formal Business Management training from the University of Stellenbosch Business Academy. To my surprise, I realise that as much Business Management is my game, however, when it comes to my personal/ family financial management, I find that I am not on point. But going forward now, I feel I have the necessary tools to both teach my family as well as my community, thereby stimulating a generation of saving and investing people who are building a better future.

I started the training on the 13 November 2017 in the morning we met Hanley at breakfast who warmly welcomed us and put easy at us , then upon arrival at the conference room we were welcomed by Suzan her warm welcoming made me realised that there is nothing to worry about this is the learning curve which i will came up knowledgeable and capable financially . After the first sesssion i was able to tell that this is the fruitful training that will equip my community with valuable information and they will no more be the victims of finance business vultures . This training made me realise that I have been hopeless with my finances yet all along I, thought that I had enough information , I was clueless with what my bank accounts services are , what are the benefits and challenges of insurances , saving methods and all related financial issues . All in all I thank Avocado vision and Coronation for the opportunity they gave me and my opportunity . The wonderful team I am training with ,and all the Avocado team that we have already meet I salute them for their proffessionalism . Looking forward to the fruitful healthy professional relationship .

To the Avo Visiony team: Everything was very well prepared. We received everything we needed and more. Thank you for your spirit of excellence not forgetting the love! On the training: As someone who came to do the training for the first time, it is a valuable lesson on how to communicate effectively. It is extremely useful and a necessity for all new trainers to attend. The programme is very useful and we learned more than what I had expected. The tips that were provided make people understand you better when you communicate. Fantastic and really useful course. I really enjoyed today’s session and gained lots of practical insight. This was very helpful. The practical tips that we were given/thought me is something I can start with immediately. They are powerful tools. Our facilitator: Huge enthusiasm I must say. She is really good at what she does and makes it enjoyable. She made us understand the topics with brilliant practical examples. I seriously had so much fun. Susan was really enthusiastic and I thoroughly enjoyed her presentation. Her interactive approach was enjoyable and I learned a lot from her. Susan was really good. She was very approachable and I felt I could identify with her easily. I learnt valuable communication, interpersonal, handling of finance just to mention a few. Thank you for this super opportunity! On the 12/11/2017 when I arrived at Kopanong Conference Centre I thought that I good financial background, which of course I do have. However, I was very impressed about the information i've learned from the sessions i've attended. The course was an excellent refresher for me and i think that am in better position to deliver the workshops to my community. I want to thank my colleagues and Susan for their support during my time here.

The money for sho training is an eye opener. I have learnt a lot of financial related matters like different types of bank accounts, SA retailers bonds, debt prescription. The interactions and engagement of the whole team is amazing. The facilitation is great and creates an environment which is conducive for teaching and learning. Everyone is always willing to help advice and share.

The training so far has been an informative journey, making us into better facilitators. The staff from avocado vision have worked well to make sure all our needs are met and that we are making the most of our journey. I look forward to the rest of this experience and its challenges.

15 /11/2017- On my arrived it was not promising that training will take place, only less than 10 participate where present that lead us to start 30 minutes late. The heavy rainfall occur in the area mide be the course some participate where not present. But training proceeded with 21participant instead of 32.

I attended a 3T on Financial Skills. The training started on 13 November 2017. First day I was little bit nevours because I met new people from different ptovince and I was not really familiar with the content we were going to be trained on. But as the training continued I became more interested and realised how much knowledge I needed regarding this subject. So far I have learnt a lot around this subject and realised how crucial it is for my community out there. I also enjoy interacting with other trainers from other province. I must say Susan rocks!!
