Training held at Thembelihle Which is organised by a smart starter from smart start
Workshop took place at Kwathema organised by Social worker who are working youth And many of the youth are SMME. They requested that we organise them a session
Training the Rethabiseng community was a success and motivating. Most people from that area are into business or employed. So the training was perfect for them. The councilor is so committed in making sure that recruitment and attendance is good. He still needs more trainings because the area is big. People were participating and using their personal knowledge and experience for discussion.
The session was held in Harrismith, where most of the youth in the area have no jobs. My session was almost ruined by learners who expect to be given a job after the training. Some of them left before training starts after have to explain the benefit of attending the training. Training went well with those who left behind and it was a success.
Training tommorows leaders has beeb challenging and fulfilling they were very inquisitive and eager to learn.this has beeen one of the most desciplined school I have ever trained in my area.
