My name is Thembekile Spogter an Avocado trainer on the Coronation Money fo'sho financial skills training for Communities, I am based in Steytlerville in he Eastern Cape. Ever since the start of the community trainings on Money fo'sho, the community received the training very well and are very appreciative of the information that they received through the training and it will help them in their future decision making. Some participants, according to them, have started implementing their own saving techniques by cutting on smoking and brand buying when doing groceries and the needs above wants practice, the savings are done in a savings account rather than the transmission account as they used to and later use the money and some have even opened up small businesses to boost their income. The major impact of he training in my community is that it got people thinking and talking about how, when and on what they will use their money. The aged when attending the training started to raise questions as to where they can draw and safely store their wills, something that was unheard of previously. For me it was an eye opener as well as people were relating their own stories and their own situations and how they were saving money. Many people now are open regarding their debt and some are coming and tell about the phone call they got and are not running away anymore for shops and the whole credit portion was a very interesting topic in all training. There are challenges majority of young people are unemployed and many people think now that I am a financial advisor and come with debt problems to me but I have referred them to the correct institutions. Some young people also thought its a job opportunity. I am very happy, honored and proud to have been part of the CORONATION MONEY FO'SHO FINANCIAL SKILLS TRAINING FOR COMMUNITIES.

Workshop took place at Kwathema organised by Social worker who are working youth And many of the youth are SMME. They requested that we organise them a session
Training the Rethabiseng community was a success and motivating. Most people from that area are into business or employed. So the training was perfect for them. The councilor is so committed in making sure that recruitment and attendance is good. He still needs more trainings because the area is big. People were participating and using their personal knowledge and experience for discussion.
The session was held in Harrismith, where most of the youth in the area have no jobs. My session was almost ruined by learners who expect to be given a job after the training. Some of them left before training starts after have to explain the benefit of attending the training. Training went well with those who left behind and it was a success.
Training tommorows leaders has beeb challenging and fulfilling they were very inquisitive and eager to learn.this has beeen one of the most desciplined school I have ever trained in my area.
