2nd group to train MFS with was the EPWP Group from Bethlehem on the 7th of March and discovered that the employment is part time with not much income to cover the expenses we then discussed what could be done to overcome this we did an individual budgeting on the hand out and many realised that they have to cut spending on some of their expenses which was mostly not important essentials (WANTS). We also covered the financial goals using SMART RULE (sharing own dreams) emphasising the fact that a DREAM has to be planned, implemented and evaluated. each drafted own budget and inspect it and we all agreed on practising financial discipline. Continuing with types of insurances by role playing the sales of insurances by participants as representatives followed by funeral covers, policy and WILLS where individuals shared their experiences which came out as lessons to others on why it's important to have concluding with policy covers and it's underwriters.
