It was a privilege to local communities to be part of this year Financial life skills training program when Avocado Vision partnering with Sanlam by ensuring that we provide financial literacy to participants. Together with local portfolio's in positions we have managed to gather up to 297 participants to be part of this year program, all sessions was well attended and learners show enthusiasm towards the program.
What brought to my attention is that when training module 5 boosting your income the where some groups of entrepreneur who ask questions about how to managing their business going forward. After the session make me realize that if the can be a follow up session after the session that will be more helpful to those who are in need.
Another young man share his experience. " I Tsepiso age 28 I have been to business for a short period of time as a printing agency and the are challenges which I couldn't manage to work out due to lack of business skills my business failed. I wish it would be a monitoring program to assist us to succeed in business." The where many challenges faced by young entrepreneurs that was raised make them fail.
Some learners appreciate the life skills program to be financially skilled in managing money better and safety.
