I had the opportunity to go and impact the lives of workers at the Pelonomy Hospital in Bloemfontein.Even though they came with small numbers but the session was great.We dealt with budget digging deeper into it, what I noticed about them is that they new the theoritical site of budgeting, but the actual part of of doing it and applying it on their finances was lacking for some of them. Some of them stated that they need a lot of motivation and training like this one to encourage and push them in the right direction.They also planned to meet up regularly as staff members to talk about these situations and encourage each other. It was a pleasure working with them and I also learnt a lot from them
