My Training was in Hammarsdale township,Had a mixture of young and old,employed,self employed and unemployed participants.It was quite interesting,especially when we did Module 3 and 4.As a Trainer,I was caught off guard,when these modules proved to be a sensitive topic in my classroom.Tears were shared,experiences were shared.I realised that people do lack information and therefore are victims almost everyday.Module 5,was great,my participants were already in business mode,they had already started getting information on how and where to register their companies,they were full of ideas,they had already teamed themselves and had partnerships.Hopefully the next time I see them,they would be experienced business people.Hammarsdale is a big township full of different people from different backgrounds,so I think that maybe we also need trainings for people over 60,they came to the training showing interest,unfortunately because of their age,they couldnt be part of the training.
