Hollard SWF was quite a challenge due to loadsheding, especially when it comes to reporting on Social collective, but out of all the challenges I managed to carry on with my trainings, this time of the year our communities are being robbed by different companies, these trainings empowered them, now they are aware of what to do and what not to do, the activities they do made things very clear and remind them in every financial challenge they face,I have empowered lots of farm workers, the only challenge we faced and I think is not only me, when we go to do trainings to some of the Farms, the management does not give enough time to train the people, I so wish financial literacy can be a worksite so that they can give us enough time to do the training, there is opportunity in the Farms I so wish Avocado Avocado can take a note of that, because it's a big challenge when it comes to recruit, by the way our communities enjoy doing training with Avocado, there is one thing I shared once, the long run of the the training is a big challenge. The community of Ashton is also empowered, the opportunity to train the community of ASHTON made the other organizations to be interested because they have lost of financially problems, my other challenge is sometimes I am working where there is no signal for my network.
