It was so nice to have opportunity to train worksite for Public works once again, for is challenging to work with people of different backgrounds because it was a mixup with manager, artisans, labour's, EPWP and they differ in level of handling their matter and lifestyle. Also how they conduct themselves on handling their daily lives and debt. Majority confessed they are deep in debt and this kind of training is appreciated and relevant because it brings back their conscious on how to conduct themselves towards good life and debts free.
It good highlights on credit score because the didn't know is easy to get it from NCR and understanding between Debt counseling and Administrators hance many of them have Garnished because of lack of knowledge and information before they engage into process.
It was an argument that HR manager are not advising them so they end up in hand of administration.it recommend that the training conducted more often and to other colleagues.
I concur with the notion that the training should rollout to other colleagues and department, it's existing to observe how people being assisted through our training and changing their lifestyle.
