Clientèle MFS community session went well with the youth of ward 18. Issues of concern came from participants particularly from James Mothibe who shared his experience when it comes to retirements and estates. His passed on 2 yrs before his retirement age and he got all the documents that were suppose to be send to the retirement administrator. He did email the documents as requested but he was told nothing reflects on his father's portfolio,but he insisted as to why the annual report we're send to his father if nothing was not with the administrator. Then after attending the session and he managed to send the documents to fsca previously called fsb and he got his answer within 72 ours of submission from the same administrator to send his banking details for his claim. He has been referring family members and friends for the trainings ever since he attended the Clientèle Money Fo Sho session.
