The Coronation trainings had more positives than negatives for me as a trainer.I believe though that the negatives or rather struggles are the ones one need to dwell on so that repetitions can be minimized. So many mistakes in the registers by learners have made me realize aneed to do it otherwise.A need for one individual to write the register.Securing venues was also a struggle in some instances but this was highly minimal. Some learners arriving nearly one and half hour after training had begun. There were successes in as far as securing learners for a session was concerned. There is always room for improvement though. The passion for facilitation seems to have returned and this rubs off on the attitudes of the learners as they can read your mood during the session and you get maximum participation from them
