I call it Empowerment Reloaded. Outcomes? Purpose driven life, Micro MBA Empowered, Entrepreneurs Networked and so much more. I was reminded that Entrepreneurship is an art of making money and that it must be enjoyed whilst doing it. I also want to remind CEO's about the many developmental opportunities that Africa and SA enjoys and doers like us need to pull power together to develop and change circumstances for our people. Lets go do it please! NOW!!!!

The Conference was empowering. Ma Thapelo's programme entrenched some beliefs and habits I am currently practicing and opened my eyes to other possibilities out there to enable one to reach one's full potential regarding self - actualisation and making a substantial difference in other people's lives utilising one's gifts and talents. I also gained a lot from sharing with other CEOs their challenges, successes including how to overcome the challenges. The passion and enthusiasm of other CEOs was contagious arising in oneself that burning desire to make a positive impact on the unfortunately ignorant communities of their capacities to change their lives positively by tapping into their God given talents.

Today I had an opportunity to litteraly plough back to my community where I grew up!Also interesting was that I had to kick the blanket as early as early as 5:00 am and hit the road. The ladies (old) I trained today were amazingly taken by the Reel Garden innovative and planting revolution, and embracing it with a lot of vigour and oomph! My high-light was that I pitched at the right time when they were still planning to buy a horse pipe and for Reel Garden to teach them that an old 2 litre cool drink bottle would do them much better service at no cost left them with a big smile and stress fee!
