It was quite a difficult time to train,KZN was going through a lot,floods were the worse,people were moved to community halls,the same ones that we use for our trainings,which became a problem to find training venues,the floods had done damage to most venues that we have previously used.eventually found a garage where we did our sessions in,I was training people from an organization called "let's read together",they welcomed the training with such hunger to learn,they came out in numbers,even though the weather had not cleared properly,but their hunger to learn and empower themselves,motivated them a lot.As a Facilitator, I also learnt a lot from them,I grew a whole lot in terms of information.The most valued part of the training to them,was the savings and investments parts,they showed so much interest, some of them have even started investing in their children's futures, they have been calling me asking for clarification again.It gives me pleasure and hope that what we do in our communities has a huge impact and it shows.

Money module work directly to the needs of specific circumstances of community and help to uplift there life and situation, I had one giving a story about how he got frustrated and embarrassed after he got accident his car was written off then Bank demanded a Balloon payment he did know before so he gave highlight to others who also did know about balloon cover and how it works. I had the privilege of training CWP employees at Jankempdorp and Coronation Money Fo Sho had a positive impact on their lives. Participants even asked us to bring more workshops to them because they didn't know a lot things with regard to finance. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Avocado Vision in partnership with Clientele for giving me thr platform to continue empowering communities with Financial Education. I went all the way to Jankempdorp in the Northern Cape and I've empowered them with Clientele Money Fo Sho Financial Literacy Skills Programme. Participants were so happy to learn the basics of financial literacy. They enjoyed learning about Funeral Covers, Endowments, Wills, Types of Banking Accounts etc.

Training Clientele Money Fosho was the greatest opportunity for me as well the best infomative workshop which brought new mindset aswell as knowledge to the community including myself. The community kept wanting more and we did have challenges which we did overcome. Construction workers people from npo's and community members got the training and information aswell as food.

Training Coronation Money modular workshop was the best learnung opportunity for the community which i was training and they did get the basic skills from the outcomes of the workshops from all the 12 modules which avo and Coronation brought to the community.

This is the most loved workshop which activates entrepreneurship to our young people. Many parents are so unsupportive and young people who are attending this workshop are activated and motivated to start their businesses.

Training Coronation budgeting basics is the best innovation people love this method and attendance is so wow people are happy and enjoying the class. The information is superb because of the skill they are getting

Green Business Value Chain programe is almost in the last critical stage which exposes participants to reality to expect when they start producing charcoal . In these 2 sessions we focused on PRODUCT which is one of the 5 critical factors of running a business . We were breaking down Product Value Proposition looking at topics and connecting to the Value chain . Participants were asked why they've decided to be charcoal producers this question aimed at helping participants to connect their businesses to environmental impact in solving the South African climate change problem and be able to identify their customers who need to comply with environmental laws by doing so these businesses will make profit from other revenue streams like ecosystem services and more products from burning process and clearing. This is the selection stage where real charcoal producers will show of themselves and grab the opportunity.
