On the 18th to the 21st of October I trained the employees of Tenneco employees on Sanlam money fo sho. The training was very successful and the employees shared their own experiences making the training interesting as all of us could benefit from those experiences. They so wished that the training had come earlier because they wpuld not have committed some of the mistakes. An old man also shared his experience regarding a will and also as he was sharing advised others not to fall into the same trap. They further appreciated Sanlam for showing care by bringing them the training as from then on they will make better financial decisions and plan better for their futures and retirement, because many were still only depending on the Provident fund only as a source of income when attaining retirement age.

Sanlam training went successfully well. Training worksite was one of the best thing because most of them are not coping well with managing money wisely and they lose money through being scammed Participants were excited and appreciative of the knowledges up skilled to them

It’s knowledge people in the work place need to reduce financial stress and financial wellness programs can help them improve it. Over 40 percent of employees are too worried about their financial situation today to think about the future. This Financial literacy opportunities offered by Sanlam through Avocado vision are the right tools to combat and help overwhelmed employees to deal with their financial situation. In this case Debt Management.

In the month of August I've been training Imvelo Yethu in remote schools of Mount Frere where the nature is amazing but is in a bad state because of negligence caused by the communities because of lack of knowledge on how precious are the natural resources and that they can live a better life if they can start recognizing themselves as part of the Ecosystem . In all the schools the students have shown an interest and at the end of each training they took a decision of making a change which some of the schools have already taken an action towards their decisions Some have met with their Chiefs and Headman to express how they feel about watching elderly people destroying the nature and have urged them to work with them to save Mother Earth .In some schools the Headmen did attend the trainings and they were part of decision making and they've identified their points of departure in changing the situation. With all the schools I've trained we've decided to have an INDZALO YAMABHACA competition meaning the Nature for Amabhaca Tribe which will be our biggest environmental awareness campaign on different topics in the Imvelo Yethu facilitator's guide , we've not yet set the date as we're still seeking the donations for prizes , we also hope this will continue in the next years to come .We will host our UMFULONGATSHI WATER WEEK meaning the rivers will never dry up again where we will be cleaning the streams and testing water and we've invited the Umzimvubu municipality Mayor , all councillors and DEF as we hope to work with them in future as we start this journey to save INDZALO YAMABHACA ( Amabhaca Nature ). This training had a huge impact on the communities and students and we hope to see the change in the future which we will be proud of .

Training Money fosho to the community is so relevant to the people because of the change of economic dynamics with in house holds, and the growing of banking scams and that our people need to understand the insurance industry the risky business

Training people especially about program like money fo sho is not easy because at first they don't understand the content untill you start training them. I always feel happy and helpful after training.seeing people happy and start talking about money differently.

The journey has been quite amazing even with some challenges relating to the pandemic. Some related challenges were having to find a venue that is conjusive to covid 19 regulations, minimum resources when training other districts within the Free State.
