To strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset of participants from the Aloe Hill business community in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal. Participants will analyse their businesses across the full value chain—Suppliers, Inputs, Processes, Outputs and Customers—to identify what is working well, the drivers of success, existing constraints and areas requiring improvement. They will explore ways to strengthen supplier relationships, secure better inputs, improve production methods, enhance product quality and pricing, retain existing customers and attract new markets. They will compare their businesses with competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. The session encourages participants to become proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented entrepreneurs who continually assess and improve their businesses
